Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational objectives.
  • Act as a consultant on workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies across assigned business units

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a culture of feedback, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies and labor laws.

Talent Management & Development

  • Support performance management cycles and guide managers in delivering feedback.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with the Talent Development team to address gaps.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and integration for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness and workforce metrics.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Support implementation of HR systems, tools, and digital processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee movements, changes, and activities.
  • Liaise with outsourced manpower vendors and the operations team to ensure headcount requirements are met efficiently and on time.
  • Review and validate outsourced vendor invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing

HR AI Enablement

Drive the adoption of AI-powered HR tools to enhance efficiency in recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.

Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI and digital solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.

HR Automated Reporting

  • Develop and maintain automated HR dashboards and reports for real-time workforce insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data used for reporting and business decision-making.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Support the Corporate HR team in maintaining HRIS and ensuring HR data integrity, while generating regional reports as needed.
  • Assist in providing HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Required)

Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or labor law certifications). (Preferred)

Specific Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Saudi/UAE labor law and HR best practices. (Required)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. (Required)

Proven ability to support business leaders and manage employee relations. (Required)

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced service organization is a plus.
