Roles & Responsibilities
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Coordinator located on-site in Riyadh. The Human Resources Coordinator will handle daily HR-related tasks such as managing benefits administration, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management. The role will also involve supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 year of experience as HR cum coordinator.
Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, enhancing the new hire experience.
Creating programs to enhance employee skills, support professional growth, and ensure continuous learning.
Develop the company s employee management system and process including the use of the new HR Management software.
Expert in HR coordination to monitor and analyze daily work flow for cost control.
Female candidates are preferred.
