Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in the development of human resources development policy in accordance with strategic guidelines.
- Implement the tool enabling the forecasting management of jobs and skills.
- Ensure the regularity and quality of management data for the company's dashboard and reporting.
- To monitor developments in the Algerian labor market and labor regulations.
- Ensure compliance with general disciplinary rules and strict application of Galou Full Catering's internal regulations.
- To define and implement the training policy and training plan of Galou Full Catering.
- Ensure the development of the skills of Galou Full Catering staff in accordance with strategic directions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training system through the evaluation of training courses, providers, and return on investment.
- To support students and other apprentices, in practical internships, carrying out projects that bring added value to the company.
- Participates in the development of the human resources development strategy.
- Develops the rules for administration, payroll and social welfare of staff.
- Ensures payroll processing.
- To manage social litigation.
Bac +5 Social Sciences/ TS or DESS in Human Resources Management.
- 10+ years of experience in the field of human resources management.
- My ability to manage a team of collaborators.
- Perfect knowledge of Algerian Labor Law.
