Roles & Responsibilities



The main tasks:

  • Is responsible for ensuring the application of the Group's human resources management policy.
  • Is responsible for Human Resources Management, through the implementation of appropriate tools.
  • Ensure the monitoring and management of site staff numbers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the site's salary policy.
  • Ensure the dissemination and understanding of the site's specific regulations (collective agreement and internal regulations).
  • To take charge of and ensure the development of social relationships.
  • To ensure the development of forward-looking human resource management.
  • Ensure the implementation of general regulations regarding social welfare and occupational health for site personnel.
  • Is responsible for the strict application of the site personnel skills management policy by ensuring its conformity with the implementation approach.
  • Participate in the development of human resources management procedures within the framework of the quality approach.
  • Ensure the completion and consolidation of the financial statements and budgets for the human resources management function.
  • To contribute one's expertise to the preservation of the site's good brand image.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance system.
  • Apply and enforce the rules and standards related to hygiene and safety
Responsabilities:

  • Basic training: Bac + 8 Semesters (Bachelor's degree in Law + Master's degree in Human Resources Management)
  • Further education: Advanced degree in Humanities.
  • Professional Experience: 6-8 Years
  • Other requirements, skills, abilities: Dynamic, communicative and leadership.
