Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate with finance on social insurance and tax compliance.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance management and disciplinary actions.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Support performance management cycles: setting KPIs, evaluations, and feedback.
- Stay updated on changes in Egyptian labor law and ensure company compliance.
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
