Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
  • Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance management initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
