Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
