Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor law, and supporting employees across multiple sites and departments.
- Support the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and off boarding.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files on the ERP system.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime reports in coordination with site HR representatives.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and personnel data.
- Handle social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
- Participate in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure consistent implementation.
- Support employee engagement, training initiatives, and internal communication programs.
- Address employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role; construction industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems experience with ERP .
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
