Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor law, and supporting employees across multiple sites and departments.
• Support the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and off boarding.
• Maintain and update HR records and employee files on the ERP system.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime reports in coordination with site HR representatives.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and personnel data.
• Handle social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
• Participate in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure consistent implementation.
• Support employee engagement, training initiatives, and internal communication programs.
• Address employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
