Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate talent acquisition.
Organize and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Proven capability to design, implement, and manage HR structures, policies, and processes from scratch.
