Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Manage employee records, maintain HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Coordinate employee training, development programs, and orientation sessions to foster continuous learning.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Participate in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Ensure a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with HRIS or HR management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
