Roles & Responsibilities

We are a consultancy firm looking for a talent looking to be part of a startup company to be part of our growing journey and be exposed to different clients and industries. We are looking fkr the following:

  • Administer day-to-day human resources operations.
  • Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews, interviewing candidates and providing feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for our clients inquiries and follow up ensure clients satisfaction.
  • may require a Weekly visit to our clients premises.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations, ensuring accurate documents.
  • Follow up on company linkedin page.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in a human resources or related role Specially in recruitment (mandatory).
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
