Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support all employees with day-to-day HR inquiries, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Manage social and medical insurance.
Continuously improve employee benefits: loan programs, social activities, and other perks.
Support in job design, job levelling, job description and organization development.
Manage employee education and track training progress.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

- Administer the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
