Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources Manager


Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Define and implement the HR strategy in line with the company's objectives
  • To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, payroll, personnel files)
  • Managing the recruitment and integration processes
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing social relations
  • Implement training and skills development plans
  • Monitor and analyze HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, payroll)
  • Supporting managers in team management
  • Contributing to the improvement of the social climate and working conditions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, social law or equivalent
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years), ideally in an industrial environment
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to manage a demanding operational environment
  • Good listening skills, leadership and initiative
  • Proficiency in IT tools and HR software
