Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources Manager


Ensure relations with social organizations: CNAS, ANEM.

  • Organize and monitor medical visits: periodic visits, follow-ups, work accidents.
  • Track social benefits: Chifa card, reimbursements, family allowances.
  • Maintain legal records.
  • establish the various administrative documents (work certificate, work certificate, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management /Bac+3 minimum in Human Resources Management, Social Law or equivalent.
  • Experience of more than 3 years in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and social obligations.
