Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources Manager
Ensure relations with social organizations: CNAS, ANEM.
- Organize and monitor medical visits: periodic visits, follow-ups, work accidents.
- Track social benefits: Chifa card, reimbursements, family allowances.
- Maintain legal records.
- establish the various administrative documents (work certificate, work certificate, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management /Bac+3 minimum in Human Resources Management, Social Law or equivalent.
- Experience of more than 3 years in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of labor law and social obligations.
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
