Roles & Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Manager

  • To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, employee files, certificates, CNAS, CNR, labor inspections, etc.)
  • Managing the recruitment processes (needs assessment, pre-selection, interviews, onboarding)
  • Payroll processing and social security declarations.
  • Implement HR policy and ensure compliance with labor legislation
  • Follow performance evaluations and the training plan.
  • Managing social and disciplinary relations
  • Produce HR reports and performance indicators

  • Advanced training in Human Resources, Employment Law or Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Good luck with my labor law triad
  • My proficiency with office tools and HR and PC payroll software (DLG-SAGE)
  • Sense of confidentiality, rigor and good interpersonal skills
