Roles & Responsibilities
- Human Resources Manager
- To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, employee files, certificates, CNAS, CNR, labor inspections, etc.)
- Managing the recruitment processes (needs assessment, pre-selection, interviews, onboarding)
- Payroll processing and social security declarations.
- Implement HR policy and ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Follow performance evaluations and the training plan.
- Managing social and disciplinary relations
- Produce HR reports and performance indicators
- Advanced training in Human Resources, Employment Law or Management
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Good luck with my labor law triad
- My proficiency with office tools and HR and PC payroll software (DLG-SAGE)
- Sense of confidentiality, rigor and good interpersonal skills
