Roles & Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Manager

  • To manage personnel administration (contracts, files, absences, leave)
  • Monitoring recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, organizing interviews)
  • Manage payroll and social security declarations (depending on the organization)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures
  • Participate in training management and skills development
  • Monitor HR indicators and prepare reports
  • Ensure internal communication with employees
