Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Human Resources Manager
- To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, absences, employee files)
- Monitoring recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, organizing interviews)
- Manage payroll in collaboration with the relevant department
- Follow social security declarations and legal obligations
- Participate in the management of training and skills development
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor legislation
- Ensure regular reporting of HR activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in human resources management or equivalent field
- Desired experience
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and HR software
