Roles & Responsibilities
- Human Resources Manager
- To define and implement HR policy
- Managing recruitment, integration and training
- Oversee the administrative management of personnel (contracts, payroll, files)
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
- Managing social relations (conflicts, discipline, social climate)
- Implementing tools for skills assessment and management
- Advise management on HR matters
- Monitor HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, performance)
- Training in human resources, social law or equivalent
- Proven experience (5 years and more)
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Ability to manage sensitive situations
