Roles & Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Manager

  • To define and implement HR policy
  • Managing recruitment, integration and training
  • Oversee the administrative management of personnel (contracts, payroll, files)
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
  • Managing social relations (conflicts, discipline, social climate)
  • Implementing tools for skills assessment and management
  • Advise management on HR matters
  • Monitor HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, performance)

  • Training in human resources, social law or equivalent
  • Proven experience (5 years and more)
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations
