Roles & Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Manager

  • Manage personnel files (contracts, absences, leave, administrative files)
  • Ensure payroll and social security declarations are followed
  • Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, invitations, follow-up)
  • Managing the integration of new employees
  • Follow the training and skills development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Managing relationships with external organizations (CNAS, labor inspectorate)
  • Produce HR reports (absenteeism, headcount, turnover)
  • Training in human resources, management or social law
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Proficiency in office software and HR software
