Roles & Responsibilities
- Human Resources Manager
- Manage personnel files (contracts, absences, leave, administrative files)
- Ensure payroll and social security declarations are followed
- Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, invitations, follow-up)
- Managing the integration of new employees
- Follow the training and skills development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Managing relationships with external organizations (CNAS, labor inspectorate)
- Produce HR reports (absenteeism, headcount, turnover)
- Training in human resources, management or social law
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Proficiency in office software and HR software
