Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, organization, and conduct of interviews)
  • Manage personnel files (recruitment, contracts, attendance, leave, resignations)
  • Establish and monitor employment contracts in accordance with Algerian law
  • Ensure disciplinary follow-up and ensure the application of internal regulations
  • Develop periodic HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and obligations related to social security

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree in human resources, labor law, management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally in a private company)
  • Good knowledge of labor law in Algeria
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel)
  • Sense of organization, discretion, and rigor
  • Good communication skills
