Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, organization, and conduct of interviews)
- Manage personnel files (recruitment, contracts, attendance, leave, resignations)
- Establish and monitor employment contracts in accordance with Algerian law
- Ensure disciplinary follow-up and ensure the application of internal regulations
- Develop periodic HR reports
- Ensure compliance with labor law and obligations related to social security
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree in human resources, labor law, management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally in a private company)
- Good knowledge of labor law in Algeria
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel)
- Sense of organization, discretion, and rigor
- Good communication skills
