Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage employee payroll (PC payroll)
- To manage personnel administration (files, contracts, absences, leave)
- Participate in the recruitment and integration of new employees
- Follow HR procedures and regulatory compliance
- Manage administrative tasks related to human resources
- Participate in the training and development of staff
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar position
- Good mastery of payroll and HR management tools
- Organization, rigor and a sense of confidentiality
