Roles & Responsibilities
Managing recruitment, integration and training
- Oversee payroll, contracts, and personnel administration
- Develop and monitor HR policies
- Ensuring social dialogue and internal communication
- Advising managers on HR and legal matters
Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in HR, management or equivalent
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
