Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations in DRC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with DRC labor law and company policies.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and staff performance processes.
  • Handle work permits, visas, and relations with local authorities.
  • Develop HR strategies to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Fluent in French written and spoken. English is an advantage.
  • Leadership, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage HR for local and expat staff.
