Job posting: Human Resources Manager

QX Aviation LLC announces a vacancy for a Human Resources Manager to work in a professional and dynamic work environment in the aviation sector.

Main responsibilities:

Leading and organizing human resources activities in accordance with company policies and objectives.

Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and performance management processes.

Developing organizational structures, policies, and internal procedures.

Personnel Management: Contracts, Salaries, Attendance and Departure, and Leaves.

Ensuring the company's compliance with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Labor.

Developing training and development programs and building a positive work culture.

Preparing and submitting periodic reports to senior management.

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources.

Extensive knowledge of Omani labor laws and PASI regulations.

Excellent team management, communication and planning skills.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Basic skills:

The ability to solve problems and make decisions.

High organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office programs and preferably experience with HRMS systems.

The ability to work in a multitasking environment.
