Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Manager – Key Responsibilities
Lead senior and executive-level recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, updating HR policies as required.
Drive Emiratization initiatives, government alignment, and local talent pipelines.
Oversee payroll accuracy, salary reviews, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Lead employee engagement, learning & development, and leadership initiatives.
Develop retention and succession strategies to reduce attrition.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in UAE labour law, Emiratization, and compliance.
Proven experience in payroll management and employee engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
