Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative management of personnel: contracts, personnel files, absences, leave, certificates, etc.
- Participate in the recruitment process: posting job offers, sorting applications, organizing interviews.
- Contribute to payroll management: collection and verification of variable elements, monitoring of time sheets and hours.
- Participate in staff training: monitoring of the training plan, registrations and evaluations.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR procedures.
- Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of payroll and personnel management software (desired).
- Sense of discretion, rigor, and organization.
