Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure the administrative management of personnel: contracts, personnel files, absences, leave, certificates, etc.
  • Participate in the recruitment process: posting job offers, sorting applications, organizing interviews.
  • Contribute to payroll management: collection and verification of variable elements, monitoring of time sheets and hours.
  • Participate in staff training: monitoring of the training plan, registrations and evaluations.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR procedures.
  • Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of payroll and personnel management software (desired).
  • Sense of discretion, rigor, and organization.
