Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment (production, quality, administrative profiles)
- To manage personnel administration (contracts, files, absences, timekeeping)
- Monitor payroll in coordination with accounting
- Participate in the integration of new employees (workers, technicians, managers)
- Implement and monitor training plans (hygiene, safety, quality)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
- Contributing to the management of social relations in an industrial setting
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- Experience in an industrial setting is preferred (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or food processing is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Algerian labor law
- Proficiency in office software (Excel essential)
- Organizational skills, rigor and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage different profiles (workers & managers)
- Fluent in French and Arabic
