Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment (production, quality, administrative profiles)
  • To manage personnel administration (contracts, files, absences, timekeeping)
  • Monitor payroll in coordination with accounting
  • Participate in the integration of new employees (workers, technicians, managers)
  • Implement and monitor training plans (hygiene, safety, quality)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Contributing to the management of social relations in an industrial setting

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
  • Experience in an industrial setting is preferred (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or food processing is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Algerian labor law
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel essential)
  • Organizational skills, rigor and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage different profiles (workers & managers)
  • Fluent in French and Arabic
