Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in a wide range of HR activities, including onboarding new employees, and helping with employee engagement initiatives.

Support administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating employee records, managing HR databases, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing HR documents and materials.

Provide general support to the HR team by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with HR policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should not be currently employed in any job (full-time or part-time).

Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.

The applicant must not have been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months

Must demonstrate good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
