Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support HR operations including coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation for our employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor law.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related communications.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and local reporting.
- Manage and maintain relationships with government entities such as: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA): MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, MOFA, and the Chamber of Commerce in partnership with TMF and Global Legal/HR teams.
- Oversee company licensing, registration renewals, and other official documentation.
- Stay current with local regulations and labor law updates impacting business operations.
- Represent Tricentis in official documentation and governmental correspondence.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and company events.
- Support compliance with company policies, health, safety, and administrative procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Requirements
- Nationality: Saudi National (required)
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, government relations and immigration experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience with Saudi government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working in a multinational or technology company.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

With a strong presence in the Middle East, Tricentis is expanding its operations into Saudi Arabia and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist to oversee Middle East HR operations, government relations, and site administration operations in our Riyadh office. About the Role
As the Human Resources Operations Specialist at Tricentis Riyadh, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations and regulatory compliance. This position combines human resources support, government relations, and office management to maintain a productive and compliant workplace environment. You will act as the main liaison between Tricentis, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure all administrative and government-related activities are handled seamlessly and in alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards. This role will initially be a remote position, but we intend to open an office in Riyadh which we want you to play a key role in supporting. Once established, the expectation is for all employees to be in-office on a hybrid basis, 3 days per week.
