Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Act as a reliable point of contact for staff and management regarding HR policies and employee relations
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Master s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Lebanese labor laws
- Ability to support employees in their performance and skill development
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
