Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of human resources.
- A suitable university degree (preferably in business administration or human resources).
- Good knowledge of labor laws, social insurance and taxes.
- Proficiency in using computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
- Experience in using ERP system, preferably with Odoo.
– Diploma holders in Human Resources are preferred.
- High communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
Main tasks:
– Managing and updating employee files and records.
- Preparing employment contracts and following up on appointment, resignation and termination procedures.
- Supervising attendance, departure and payroll system.
- Follow up on social insurance and health care.
- Implementing internal human resources policies and procedures.
- Preparing periodic reports on human resources and submitting them to management.
- Contribute to performance evaluation and training and development planning.
