Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Support performance management and employee development programs.
  • Advise management on HR policies, compliance, and labor law matters.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and payroll support.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Implement HR projects and process improvements.
  • Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exposure to strategic HR functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
