Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Advise management on HR policies, compliance, and labor law matters.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
- Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and payroll support.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Implement HR projects and process improvements.
- Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior HR staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Exposure to strategic HR functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
- Experience in HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
