Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive PM schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHUs), variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, and related components.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Candidate profile

Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical,plumbing systems.

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics technical diagrams.

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
