Roles & Responsibilities

Examine areas of the mall on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance cleanliness. Plan and oversee all HVAC related maintenance and repair work and develop an efficient system for dealing with emergency.

Required Candidate profile

Monitor general repairs to Heating, Ventilation Air-Conditioning general mechanical areas. Participate in the general cleaning maintenance of the property. Order materials as needed
