Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, calibrating systems to ensure optimal performance.

Perform repairs, overhauls, replacement of defective parts, including motors, compressors, valves, controls.

Troubleshoot diagnose electrical mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems, including chillers, boilers, packaged units, air handling units (AHUs), variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems.
