Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation and prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment and carry out timely repairs.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams related to HVAC systems.
Collaborate with project engineers and contractors during installation and commissioning phases.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies during all operations.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and heating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC controls and automation systems.
Proficient in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Qatar.
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
