Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed HVAC system layouts and designs using AutoCAD and/or Revit, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and building codes.
  • Create 2D and 3D models of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, to facilitate accurate construction and installation.
  • Review architectural and structural plans to integrate HVAC designs seamlessly, coordinating with other trades for optimal space utilization.
  • Perform calculations for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning loads, selecting appropriate equipment sizes for efficient performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree in HVAC technology, drafting, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Holds relevant certifications, such as AutoCAD or Revit certification, demonstrating proficiency in design software.

  • Demonstrates 4-5 years of industry experience, with a focus on HVAC design and drafting within the construction sector.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, with practical application knowledge.

  • CAM DUCT , cutting list for plasma Machine .
