Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems seamlessly.
• Conduct regular site visits to gather information and validate existing conditions for accurate drafting.
• Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and optimize designs, prioritizing efficiency and clarity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent technical diploma.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting within the construction or engineering sectors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software is essential for success.
