Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and participate in chiller operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Assign daily tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
Report daily activities and assist in scheduling preventive maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years experience in HVAC or chiller maintenance (air-cooled or water-cooled).
Degree or diploma in mechanical / HVAC engineering or related technical field.
Valid Kuwait Driving License and transferable Article 18 visa.
Capable of working hands-on and managing teams effectively.
