Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed load calculations to determine heating and cooling requirements, ensuring optimal system performance in diverse environments
- Design HVAC systems that comply with local and international codes, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability standards
- Create detailed HVAC design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit, facilitating clear communication with construction teams.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring timely delivery of HVAC system designs without compromising quality.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear manner.
- Oversee and conduct site visits to assess existing HVAC systems and provide retrofit recommendations for optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a solid foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC design, demonstrating proficiency in commercial and residential projects.
- Experience in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation tools, ensuring accurate and efficient designs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Physically capable of conducting site assessments and inspections, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project environments.
