Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation of HVAC ducting systems, ensuring adherence to project blueprints, specifications, and local codes, guaranteeing optimal system performance.
  • Manage and direct a team of duct installers, providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any installation discrepancies, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
  • Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless integration of ductwork with other building systems, preventing conflicts and delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

  • Holds a relevant trade certification in HVAC or duct installation, showcasing formal training and expertise.

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC duct installation, demonstrating practical knowledge and hands-on skills.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of HVAC principles, ductwork design, and installation techniques.
