Prepare design requests, design input documents, and design change notes for in-house and subcontracted design activities. · Review design and development documents prepared internally, by subcontractors, or by clients prior to approval and construction release. · Prepare design verification, design input review, and output review documentation as required for projects. · Establish effective communication between clients, Project Managers, and design subcontractors regarding design and development matters. · Maintain Design & Development document control sheets and ensure proper documentation management. · Perform HVAC and MEP calculations in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards. · Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. · Liaise with clients, consultants, classification societies, and third-party agencies regarding technical matters. · Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. · Support troubleshooting and resolution of engineering and design-related issues during project execution. · Ensure adherence to company quality and HSE standards in all engineering activities. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
