Roles & Responsibilities

  • HVAC Engineer

  • Studies and Design: Carry out detailed studies and design of HVAC/CVC systems, including load calculations, system sizing and equipment selection.
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budget and deadlines.
  • BIM (Building Information Modeling): Work with a mandatory mastery of Revit_BIM to integrate HVAC designs into the overall building model, facilitating coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with local and international building codes, standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other project stakeholders to achieve an integrated and efficient building design.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications and all project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC/CVC engineer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Technical skills: Excellent and mandatory proficiency in Revit_BIM. [Image of a Revit_BIM interface]
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC design software and associated tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
  • Language proficiency: French and English.
