Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project monitoring: Supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budget and deadlines.
BIM (Building Information Modeling): Working with a mandatory mastery of Revit_BIM to integrate HVAC designs into the overall building model, facilitating coordination and conflict detection with other disciplines.
Compliance: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with local and international building codes, standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other project stakeholders to achieve an integrated and efficient building design.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications and all project documentation.
Technical skills: Mandatory and excellent mastery of Revit_BIM.
Solid knowledge of HVAC design software and associated tools.
Language proficiency: French and English.
Desired Candidate Profile
Studies and design: Conduct detailed studies and design of HVAC/CVC systems, including load calculations, system sizing and equipment selection.
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC/CVC engineer, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
