Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and analyze HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency, utilizing advanced simulation tools.
Conduct thorough load calculations and energy modeling to develop tailored solutions for diverse building types.
Oversee & Manage installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime and extend system life.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a focus on HVAC systems design and analysis.
Professional certifications such as ASHRAE or LEED accreditation to demonstrate commitment to industry standards.
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance within commercial settings.
Proven track record of successful project management, showcasing ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
