HVAC Engineer DUNCAN AND ROSS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES

Prepare and review HVAC design basis, calculations, specifications, and detailed engineering documents as per project requirements during FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.

Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, and HVAC system layout development for technical buildings, substations, control rooms, and process areas.

Develop ducting and piping layouts, insulation specifications, ventilation and pressurization systems, and HVAC control system designs.

Prepare HVAC datasheets, material requisitions (MR), and technical bid evaluations (TBE) for procurement activities.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil & Structural) to resolve design interfaces and IDC comments.

Review vendor drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Participate in design review meetings, HAZOP, model reviews, and technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure all HVAC engineering deliverables are completed within project schedule, budget, and required quality standards.

Provide technical clarification and engineering support during procurement and project execution stages.

Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and project-specific requirements.

Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to the project management team.
