Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule work for HVAC technicians, optimizing team efficiency and project timelines.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess system performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, with supervisory experience.
  • EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required; additional certifications like NATE are a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing HVAC projects from conception to completion with a focus on quality.
