Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise HVAC technicians and workers on daily site activities

  2. Plan, assign, and monitor installation of ducting, piping, and equipment

  3. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards

  4. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on site

  5. Inspect work quality and ensure proper testing and commissioning

  6. Maintain daily work reports and progress updates

  7. Identify material requirements and coordinate with store/ procurement

  8. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and manpower

  9. Troubleshoot and resolve site issues related to HVAC systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / HVAC or related field

  2. Minimum 5–8 years of HVAC experience in construction projects

  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and AC units

  4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings

  5. Good leadership and communication skills

  6. Site-based role with exposure to outdoor conditions

  7. May require extended working hours depending on project needs
