HVAC Foreman

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an HVAC Foreman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of HVAC and air conditioning systems. This role involves leading field teams, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, industry standards and company procedures. The HVAC Foreman will also oversee daily site operations, monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC technicians and assign daily tasks
• Oversee installation, testing, maintenance, repair & commissioning of HVAC systems
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed properly
• Interpret drawings, blueprints and technical specifications
• Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with clients, engineers and other trades
• Maintain records of maintenance and work activities
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide solutions
• Train and mentor junior technicians

Equipment Responsibilities

• Package AC units, floor standing units, split units and window AC units
• Chillers, cooling towers, pumps (CHW & condenser water), AHUs and FCUs
