Job Description

Why You ll Drive

  • Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems in the STP plant
  • Assign and monitor daily work for technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion
  • Troubleshoot faults and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with PM schedules, PTW, LOTO, and safety requirements
  • Conduct routine inspections and monitor system performance
  • Coordinate materials, update CMMS records, and report daily activities
  • Work with other disciplines and maintain proper housekeeping and safe work conditions

Desired Candidate Profile

You re a Great Fit If You Have

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role, preferably in STP or industrial plants
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation) in operational environments
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and manuals
  • Experience using CMMS for maintenance planning and reporting
  • Good understanding of PTW, LOTO, confined space, and HSE requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work in plant conditions and handle emergency breakdowns efficiently
