Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily HVAC work activities at job sites

  2. Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians and helpers

  3. Plan and assign tasks based on project requirements and timelines

  4. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  5. Ensure proper installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment, controls)

  6. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards and codes

  7. Inspect completed work and troubleshoot system issues

  8. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers

  9. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory on site

  10. Enforce safety procedures and ensure use of PPE

  11. Prepare daily progress reports and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering

  2. 6-8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2–3 years in a foreman role

  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and troubleshooting

  4. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

  5. Good leadership and communication skills

  6. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
